Your family’s well-being is our priority, and we understand how important education and physical activities are for our children. We also understand that we are part of a greater community. Therefore, we are happy to provide your children with their required school and sports examinations for just $20.These exams provide the basic screening needed for school and sports participation, and our fee does not include treatment of any medical concerns that may be detected.
To obtain a school or sports exam for your child, simply bring him or her into our office with the required form, any time during office hours, with or without an appointment.
