Late Appointment Policy

Dear Patients,

We greatly appreciate you allowing us to continue to provide you with the best medical care possible. We want to continue to be able to do this. Our doctors and staff know your time is important and we hope you understand the value of our time. We want to be able to provide every patient with all the attention they require. Therefore, if you are not on time for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule for a later time or day. The final decision is up to the physician and will be decided based on several factors including severity of illness and frequency of tardiness.
